For as long as we can remember, no festival, no train journey and no evening chai at home was complete without Maa’s mathri. Neighbours would ask for it. Relatives would carry boxes back with them. Everyone said the same thing — “is jaisi mathri kahin nahi milti.”

Maataji is our way of sharing that taste with you. Every piece is still made by Maa herself — the dough kneaded by hand, the spices ground at home, each mathri rolled and fried with the same care she puts into feeding her own family.
